Too many people stay stuck because they spend all their time overthinking, waiting for certainty, or being afraid to fail. But the truth is, progress usually starts the moment you decide to move. Throughout the episode, I break down the meaning of choice, why it matters so much, and how successful people make decisions every single day — even when they don’t have all the answers.

I also talk about Drake and his new Iceman album, the reactions surrounding it, and the influence he continues to have through the choices he makes creatively and professionally. Using that conversation as a real-world example, I explain how decisions shape not only careers, but identity and growth over time.

Toward the end of the main topic, I give three practical action steps you can apply to your own life today:

2. Remember why you’re doing what you do and where you want to go in life.
